spring production
molle trazione

We produce tension springs with special loops and hooks, using round wire with a diameter ranging from 0.30 to 3.00 mm.
Tension springs are ideally considered as a rigid body. They have a cylindrical helix subjected to a tensile load acting on the ends of the spring body created from the suitably curved wire.
Loops can be of various shapes, positioned to the inside or outside of the spring body, the angle created between them called "angle between the loops", called α, is important for correct assembly.
