Oval cross section springs are compression springs with an oval or rectangular shaped helix.
The spring pitch can be constant for the whole section of the helix or given to the spring only after a few bends depending on the loads to be obtained.
Springs can also have conical shapes and, in some cases, each coil has a different size.
