We produce strip forms of various shapes and sizes on which it is also possible to perform blanking using strips of variable thickness from 0.1 to 2 mm and maximum width of 20 mm. Holes for fixing and blanking are usually made on strip springs for operating needs.
Annealed strips are used for complex springs and, after processing, treatments are carried out with bainitic tempering for carbons, tempering and vacuum tempering for stainless steel strips. For simple springs, hardened strips with their own strength are used.
Flat springs are spiral springs with a cut or square core, together with some windings and the end is shaped according to the application.
